for the last two days, i had a veri interesting sound specialise who thought us what sounds does and how we can manupliate(think spell wrongly) sound. he is an interesting guy too. i learn how to play with mixer, fader and also learn terms like XLR cable, Midi cable, SM58(the most common mic which u can find in any country wif coke). we got to do some hands-on on a full sound set which u will see a outdoor venues. gt to do some patching and cabling with stuff. also learn tat speakers r for reinforcement as speakers actualli makes sound even worse if u were to sing wif it. a sound guy does most of the stuff at his desk but have to have lots of condination wif the actor/ actress or musicians. we also learn we cannot always trust wat his says as he is jus giving a general information. haha. like do u noe wat is a speaker n sound systems make of inside if u nv open it? the answer is it is made of smoke. as when the smoke inside is unlease den u can say bye-bye to ur system or speaker. last but nt least no matter hw good a sound technician u r, "Shit Goes In, Shit Comes Out."
